DARREN MURPHY is an award-winning playwright whose plays have been produced worldwide. His A Road in Winter won The Westminster Prize in 2002 & was later produced by Penny Dreadful Theatre Co. for the Dublin fringe. His Tabloid opened at the Union Theatre and was a prize winner in the London Writers' competition in 2000. It then went on to be revived for the Arcola in May 2004, and again at 59East59, New York for a season of new British writing off-Broadway in 2005.
